Founded in 2012 by the Limon family, San Pedro Limon started our specialize in tortilla production and then opened a restaurant
that offered mouth-watering barbacoa por libra style, tacos, breakfast, fresh Mexican fruit waters and homemade tortillas. El Limón Bar and Grillsoon became a hit among the locals, who loved the rich flavors and quality ingredients of the Limon family's recipes.
 
Over the years, San Pedro Limon expanded its menu and its customer base, earning a reputation as one of the best Mexican restaurants in Georgetown, TX.  San Pedro Limón is still family-owned and operated, with the Limon family overseeing every aspect of the restaurant, from the kitchen to the front of the house.
